The confusion created by my molestation drove the natural desire for intimacy into a search for masculine legitimacy. The lack of a Christian father to guide me through the teenage years led to my following the world's definition of manhood as being based in part on my sexual conquests. My entrance into the military didn't help, but only increased the problem.
By the time I left Military service I discovered that my view of women was in the toilette and I had an addiction to pornography, in addition to being promiscuous. It was only after God began to recreate my thinking that I began to experience victory and purity. I thank God for my family and friends who have and still support my as I use the reeducation he has given me to remain sexually sober.
Deliverance from and victory over impure sexuality is possible, and it begins in the mind. It is my desire to teach all of the beautiful worth of Jesus, what that does for their own worth in the eyes of God, and how that worth can guide their thoughts and sexual actions.
