Beverly Sedlacek
Beverly began her ministry to youth nearly 30 years ago in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio. She has led neighborhood bible clubs, youth choirs, sign choirs, youth bible study and youth Sabbath school. She has a special gift of connecting with youth on their level, and drawing them to Jesus in a real, practical way. She shares openly about her own experience as a single parent at the age of 14, her history of sexual abuse, and having been raised in a dysfunctional family.
Through the sharing of her story, she draws young people to Jesus as the Healer of broken hearts. She has the ability to listen to young people, and to affirm their reality thus helping them on their journey to Jesus. She has spoken at many youth events, and counseled many youth professionally as Clinical Director of Into HIS Rest Ministries.
She is also currently on the faculty of the School of Nursing at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
